45 Day Exchange Policy

At Ammonite Factory we strive to ensure that you will be happy with your purchase. We do, however, acknowledge that you may not be entirely pleased with colour or style. We encourage you to return it for exchange if you are not satisfied with the product for any reason. From the date of shipment, we provide a 45 day exchange policy where we exchange for something more to your ideal.

We pride ourselves on over 20 years of experience in mining, manufacturing and the handling of thousands of Ammolites every year. And, because we sell mine direct, we are able to pass on substantial savings to you which means significant value for the money you invest and an immediate return on your investment which we hope you enjoy! To authenticate your purchase, we provide a detailed classification card for each gem.
